This solar charge controller is a targeted upgrade based on the Bangladeshi customer’s existing product, featuring deeply customized electronic design and a complete delivery cycle from prototype to mass production. To meet new functional and performance requirements, we optimized the hardware design and upgraded the software algorithms, including improved charging efficiency, enhanced load compatibility, and strengthened safety protections, ensuring stable performance under Bangladesh’s complex solar and usage conditions.
PCBA Manufacturing & Supply Chain Integration
We provided complete PCB and PCBA design and manufacturing services, with all electronics engineered for long-term reliability and high-volume production. Hardware and software were developed in parallel, supported by a mature supply chain that enabled fast component sourcing, stable assembly processes, and efficient scaling from validation to mass production.
In parallel, we completed custom enclosure design and manufacturing, creating a weather-resistant housing optimized for local storage, transportation, installation, and heat dissipation. The enclosure design was precisely matched to the upgraded electronics, minimizing iteration cycles and shortening the overall development timeline.
