This project showcases our expertise in electronic solution design, development, upgrade, and manufacturing for smart home appliances. Our client aimed to transform an existing vacuum cleaner into a next-generation product by replacing traditional mechanical controls with a modern, intelligent control system. SunLight PCB provided a turnkey electronic design and manufacturing service, covering hardware design, firmware development, PCB design, PCBA assembly, and system integration. The upgraded vacuum cleaner adopts touch control and gesture sensing technology, enabling intuitive, contactless operation.
Design, Development & Testing
Based on the customer’s requirements, we carried out full-cycle electronic product design and development, starting from prototype samples. Through close collaboration with the client, the product went through four major design iterations, including functional optimization, stability improvement, and user interaction refinement. After more than one year of R&D, functional testing, and reliability validation, the design was finalized and approved for mass production.
PCB, PCBA & Mass Production
With strong in-house capabilities in PCB fabrication and PCBA manufacturing, we ensured stable quality and scalable production. Automated assembly processes and strict quality control enabled consistent performance across batches, supporting efficient volume manufacturing for global markets.
Certification & Market Compliance
To support international product launch, we assisted the client in completing required certifications, including CE certification, China 3C certification, and Taiwan market compliance, ensuring the product met regional safety and regulatory standards.
